Bob joined the Australian Deer Association (ADA) in Brisbane in 1989. For nearly 30 years he has designed, led and been deeply involved in a broad range of ADA initiatives and activities, including:

» Holding executive positions at branch, state and national level.

» Designing and introducing Property Based Wildlife Management programs to Victoria.

» Presenting at the Victoria Hunter Education Course for 13 years.

» Training trainers to conduct the ADA's ‘Rawson’ model residential hunter education course in other states.

» Designing and implementing the Deer Management Program Accreditation Course and Standard Operating Procedures.

» Provided advice on deer to government, non-government groups and enquiries. Bob remains committed to the furtherance of hunting and deer management in Australia through his ongoing involvement with the ADA.
