Join us for an afternoon and evening celebrating quality wild food with award-winning South Australian chef Andrew Fielke.
Get together with fellow branch members, friends and family to celebrate one of the great rewards of hunting: putting quality wild food on the table.
Andrew brings extensive international experience, having worked in Switzerland, Austria and London’s Savoy Hotel. Known for his Red Ochre restaurants and as the founder of Creative Native Foods, he will lead two delicious ways to take part.
Spend the afternoon cooking alongside Andrew and gain hands-on experience preparing wild food.
Enjoy an evening of wild food as Andrew and the team prepare a four-course dinner paired with local wines.
Northern & Yorke members are especially encouraged to attend, and friends and family are warmly welcome.
Cooking places are limited to 15, so book early to secure your spot.
