Arrival – Anytime in the afternoon of the 20th or before at own responsibility.
Access to camp site typically 2wd access BUT 4wd recommened - check the conditions.

Volunteer Helpers
We are hoping some members might volunteer to help with the hunt housekeeping. The type of work involved is fairly straightforward such as wood gathering for the fire, setting up the cooking area and helping with the cooking on the Saturday evening. Also, anyone willing to share their expertise and take an inexperienced member into the bush for say one session. There is an item in the registration process where you can respond to this request.
Catering
Saturday evening meal provided. Don’t forget to provide for yourself for all other meals.
A $25 incl GST etc contribution to food costs will be collected at registration.
Stalking.
Advise and support will be available to new or less experienced members.
No Dogs or hounds.
