Geelong Branch - Running Creek Branch Camp

Running Creek Reserve, Howqua Vic

August 9^th-11th

Our second branch camp is located at Running Creek Reserve on the Howqua. Located approximately 31km ( 35 min ) drive from the township of Mansfield. 

Directions: From Mansfield 

• Take the Mansfield – Woods point rd for 19km
• Turn left onto the Howqua River rd ( some maps show this as becoming Steiners rd) for 7.9km 
• Follow this to the “ T “ intersection and turn left onto Dungeon Gully Track follow track for around 350m and keep an eye out for the ADA banners

The branch will provide dinner on Saturday night, we ask that everyone attending is self-sufficient for the rest of the trip. Please remember to wear a piece of blaze orange when out hunting. We will have a sign in-out register at basecamp members will be required to use when leaving and returning on a hunt

From camp members can explore the area on foot as well as driving the tracks ( 4wd accessible )
