This official event, organised by the Australian Deer Association, provides an opportunity for hunters to have their hounds assessed for registration in accordance with the Game Management Authority requirements.
All hounds used for hunting Sambar Deer in Victoria must meet GMA breed standards and be registered or authorised.
On the day, GMA Authorised Officers will be present to oversee the process. Expert assessors will evaluate hounds against breed standards and provide recommendations for GMA registration.
Ensure your hounds meet compliance standards and are ready for the upcoming season.
