A suite of policies the Board have approved is presented to ratify for adoption. The Treasurer will also provide an interim update on the ADA FY21 financial position.
The reconvened AGM for the members of the Australian Deer Association Inc. (ADA). The AGM will be held on Thursday 24 June 2021 at 7.00pm (AEDT) by videoconference.
This meeting follows the AGM scheduled on 30 March 2021, and after delaying the start time to allow any later delegates to join, was unable to reach a quorum. We considered the available options to address this, including consultation with SA Consumers Affairs, and have taken the decision to reconvene the meeting.
