On Saturday the 19th of July Tasmanians return to the polls to elect their state government. This will be the second election in 16 months with the last being held on March 23, 2024.
As part of the Australian Deer Association’s ongoing engagement and advocacy efforts in Tasmania, we have approached the local parties to understand their position in relation to matters dear to us and to inform our members and the wider public of this stance so that they can be as informed as possible when they decide to cast their vote.
We have provided a table below to help summarise the party responses and have also included their relevant correspondence for transparency.
