Information for participants - Hunter Education 2021

None

The course kicks off at 7pm sharp on Friday night – Forest Edge opens at 5.30pm to allow guests time to settle in to their rooms and grab a sausage off the barbecue.

PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE AT FOREST EDGE BEFORE 5.30 PM

When you arrive please report to the main building adjacent to the office for registration. Our guests will be staying in the Latrobe River Lodges.

Forest Edge is located at 405 McKenzie Road, Neerim East (the very end of the road) – there are signs to off the Main Neerim Road all the way to the venue. Please be careful if you are driving in at night as the area can be subject to thick fog – if you arrive late we can always help you catch up with what you have missed.

Be aware that your GPS will try to take you down a dirt road on the back roads on Neerim East road. At Neerim South do not turn right at any road if it tells you to turn right. Once you reach the roundabout near the super market, continue straight and the GPS will recalculate and take you the easier, safer way. If you get lost set your GPS to find Neerim South and follow the directions from the downloadable map to the camp site.
Alternatively you can put this address in: 2625 Main Neerim Road, Neerim and from there type in the camps sites address and it will take you the paved way which is easier to follow and is only a further 8 minutes from that address to the camp site.
