The Australian Antlered Game Exhibition 1981 was held at the Royal Melbourne Showgrounds on 2-3 May 1981. Curiously, it featured five of the six Australian deer species (rusa were not represented).
A pictorial of the event was published in 1982. It is improbable that it will ever be re-printed, so the ADA has digitised it to make it available online (as is being done with other historical publications).
Another display was held in Gippsland in 2015, that was also fully photographed and a record will become available soon.
