2022 Australian Deer Association Annual General Meeting

The purpose of the meeting is:

• To confirm the minutes of the previous AGM
• To consider the financial statements for FY 2021/2022 and other board reports
• To formalise board appointments (Aaron Henry and David McNabb are up for re-appointment this year and both have indicated a desire to serve another term - no other nominations were made, several expressions of interest were received)
• To consider and ratify any new or amended policies

At the conclusion of the formal AGM there will be an informal Q&A session.
