Victorian Wildlife (Game) Regulations review - Preliminary survey
Victoria’s Wildlife (Game) Regulations are due to sunset in 2022.
Before renewing regulations, the Government will engage in wide ranging consultation with all stakeholders, including a formal submission process.
The game regulations are one part of the regulatory jigsaw governing hunting in Victoria. Broadly they cover the “who, what, when and how” of hunting rather than the “where and why”.
