ACT & Southern Regions Branch caters for wild deer enthusiasts living or working in Canberra and surrounding areas of NSW. We begin the year with a Key Note Speaker at our February meeting and enjoy a further four general meetings during the year with an invited local speaker. We close with a social shoot at the Canberra International Clay Target Club in November.
Adelaide Branch meetings commence at 7.30 pm, first Monday of every alternate month, i.e. January, March, May, July, September, November. (If Monday is a public holiday then the meeting is held on the second Monday).
Brisbane Branch general meeting is normally held at 292 Mount Petrie Rd, Belmont QLD 4153 on the 1st Friday of Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, & Oct. The December meeting is the branch Christmas party, consisting of an afternoon shotgun shoot, dinner, 2019 Achievement Awards, & Santa present for children & secret Santa for members.
Central Victoria Branch is located in Shepparton and has been established since 1978. Comprising more than 29 active members, branch meeting are held on the first Monday of the month. For further information, please call or email our branch.
Central West has a small core of keen hunters who hunt locally, interstate and also overseas (New Zealand). We hold meetings monthly from February through to November at a private residence in Bathurst with a bbq and drinks in an informal setting. Members bring heads and other interesting items. We hold raffles regularly and hold an annual Christmas party to round off the year.

The Geelong Branch meets on the 3rd Wednesday of every second month. We meet at Abe Wood Reserve, 70 Edgerton Road Lovely Banks at 6:30pm. New members welcome.

Our meetings are held in February at Mount Stanley; April, June, October and December at Wattle Grove Park shooting range & gun shop; and in August at a different location every year. The December Christmas meeting is also our deer rifle calibre shooting championship. Members can usually camp overnight at meetings and a dinner is provided for $10.
The Hunter Valley Branch of the ADA contains around 100 members and we meet every two months on the second Wednesday of every second month (first meeting of the year in February). With many active hunters we support new hunters and have several club hunts each year that promote mentoring and hunter education. We usually have special guests at our meetings and these are informative and enjoyable.

Melbourne Branch is the first Branch of the ADA and we are the largest, with a diversity of events to match. We hold 6 Branch meetings per year at the Austrian Club which is open for dinner from 7pm and meetings start at 8pm. Each meeting features a guest speaker or a product presentation or a “how to” session relating to our interests. Meetings are held on the second Thursday of Feb, April, June, August, October & December.

The South East Branch has approximately 400 members of whom 150 participate in our hunting program. The branch has its own landholding with facilities. The branch controls deer numbers on many properties in the SE area, harvesting between 600-1000 deer annually, providing some of the best free range hunting of fallow deer and other species in South East SA. The hunting program revolves around our branch motto "Deer Hunting by Dedication", participation in branch events and working bees to allow you to gain access to our program. .

The Southern Branch Tasmania general meeting is normally held cnr. Letitia and Ryde Streets, North Hobart on the 2nd Thursday February, April, June, August, & October. The December meeting is the branch Christmas party, consisting of a barbecue, yearly Achievement Awards and door prize draws.
